Wednesday Morning Coffee - Library board hears complaints on firing, no cell phone use in Wilkes schools and more lottery coming your way

Glancing at some Wednesday morning headlines as cheating explained . Library board discusses personnel dispute . 'A group calling itself "Concerned Library Supporters" presented a statement to the local library board saying they had "high praise" for Blake.' Concealed carry handgun permits on the rise .
