Amber's condition upgraded; community in awe of her story. 'The "Miracle Mom," as she has been called, was listed in critical condition at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte Tuesday and was slated to go through surgery for her injuries, which include some internal issues, a broken femur and plenty of bruises and cuts.'
Skaters complain about rule changes. Says skater, new rules make 'the facility resemble a juvenile detention center.' Says county, 'vandalism had increased by 1,000 percent since the park opened.' (These kids are too extreme for rules)
